Expect Some Good Changes!

We hope everyone had a great weekend honoring & celebrating the life and contributions of Martin Luther King Jr! We've got some exciting projects and changes that will be happening at the Octavio Carlin headquarters so before you encounter them, we just wanted to give you a little heads up!

1. We've been planning to add an online store to the website, which I know all of you have been waiting for. That is no longer the case. Instead, we are revamping our entire site so, the online store will be built into the new platform, not added! That means everyone in the country can now take advantage of the Octavio Carlin brand. 
2. Our beloved designer, Octavio Carlin, is busily finishing up his Fall Winter collection. Expect a lot of glamour, per pleasant usual, and a lot more focus on evening & special occasion. 
3. Expect some in-store events in the horizon where our loyal clients can preview new collections & exclusive pieces.

What To Wear For Thanksgiving Dinner?

This event is always a tough one. You want to be dressy but not too dressy, as you'll be spending most of your time just relaxing on the couch with your friends and family. You want to be comfortable because you'll be eating quite a feast with the spread of turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and pumpkin pie. But, you also don't want to look too casual because it is still a formal family dinner. So what do you wear? Stylist and blogger, Elizabeth Keene, of A Keene Sense of Style, chose to pair our comfortable yet figure-flattering navy blue jersey dress with our taupe cascading sweater. She looks absolutely stunning! What an effortlessly casually chic outfit!

The Start of Octavio's RTW Line

After some years of designing custom-made evening & bridal gowns for his high-profile clients, Octavio decided to open his 1st atelier. This establishment was located in Los Feliz, a part of town that the designer loves. The place was to act as his studio where he can meet clients, and also sell his collection of one-of-a-kind high-end gowns and dresses. But Octavio's vision wasn't done yet. He loved seeing his client's look beautiful and feel confident in his designs and he wanted more women to experience that. So, the Octavio Carlin Exclusive Ready To Wear (RTW) Collection was born.

Octavio launched his 1st RTW collection in Spring 2012, which acted as a more affordable version of his high-end line. The Octavio Carlin Atelier is Officially Open!

After weeks of hard work, the Octavio Carlin Atelier is officially open! The store looks absolutely fabulous! Take a look at the pictures below. Now, women can finally have a chance to see, touch, feel, and buy Octavio's RTW line. We feature styles that will liven up your summer wardrobe, from minidresses to maxis, to cocktail dresses to weekend casual outfits, that won't break the bank. Octavio's goal is to create beautifully glamorous dresses for the everyday modern woman.
